British TV show A Place In the Sun Lisa and Paul Sanderson decided to get serious about their looks after seeing themselves on TV. After the show aired, the couple lost 76 kilograms for two, writes The Mirror.

Lisa began to gain weight after chemotherapy: in 2015, doctors diagnosed her with breast cancer. When the woman recovered, she decided not to worry about proper nutrition, so she began to eat whatever she wanted.

“When I finished chemotherapy, we were so passionate about life that we didn't think about diets - I just ate all my favorite foods and lived,” she said.

The episode featuring the Sanderson family was filmed in April 2019 and then broadcast on TV in July. Lisa and Paul were horrified at how plump they appeared on the screen. Since then, they have gone on a diet, thanks to which they managed to lose tens of kilograms of excess weight in just a year. Now Lisa's figure has shrunk by 10 sizes, and Paul wears clothes in size M instead of XL.

Earlier, the Russian actor Denis Shvedov, who participated in the new season of the show "The Last Hero", showed how he lost weight during the filming. Some viewers considered the actor too slender and advised him to start eating heavily in order to gain weight again.
