A large fire broke out in the morning of December 17 at the airport of Blagoveshchensk (Amur Region) - the fire was assigned an increased severity grade, the regional Ministry of Emergency Situations said. The regional transport ministry clarified that the international terminal, which was closed due to the coronavirus pandemic, was on fire. No deaths or injuries were reported.
