Governor of the Kursk Region Roman Starovoit today signed an agreement on the provision of an inter-budgetary transfer for the purchase of drugs for the treatment of patients with COVID-19 receiving medical care on an outpatient basis at the expense of the reserve fund of the Government of the Russian Federation dated October 31, 2020, concluded between the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation and the Administration of the Kursk Region

According to this decree, the Kursk region is obliged to purchase medicines for patients with covid, receiving medical care on an outpatient basis. At the same time, the Regional Health Committee is authorized to keep costs in the allocation of budgetary appropriations from the reserve fund of the Government of the Russian Federation.

The regional komzdrav, represented by the chairman of the committee, Elena Palferova, must promptly submit an electronic report to the Ministry of Health of Russia. Control over the implementation of this resolution is entrusted to the Deputy Governor of the Kursk Region, Andrei Belostotsky.
