The Kursk musical group "Taipan" was at the center of attention at first thanks to its hit "The moon does not know the way", which became very popular on the Internet in 2020. Now the reason is not so happy - a legal dispute within the team

As is sometimes the case in a creative environment, a split occurred within the band. After the first cash flows were drawn to the growing popularity of the group, the vocalists began to accuse the creator of the group that he stopped paying them. Through the court, which will take place on February 10, they demand to recognize the previously concluded License Agreements as invalid, and to pay them the funds owed.

According to the press service of the court, the defendant paid the singers only once, adding a land plot to this. At the same time, it is indicated that the manager received money from SOYUZ MUSIC LLC for the use of their songs.

The musicians insist that they were mistaken about the terms of the contract, not understanding their true essence, therefore they demand that the agreements be declared invalid.
