The award was presented to the head of the department of external relations Vera Shcherbacheva for organizing the first interregional event on international cooperation "InterVolga" in a hybrid format. It took place in the regional capital in early October. The forum brought together representatives of more than 10 regions of the Volga Federal District and other subjects of the country. For two days, professionals in the field of international relations, diplomacy and foreign economic activity shared their experience, they also discussed the prospects for international cooperation. The forum was attended by representatives of: - the Russian Foreign Ministry; - Committee on International Affairs of the Federation Council; - Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation; - agencies for strategic initiatives. The high standard of the event was ensured by the joint work of the department employees, Eventicious specialists, sound technicians and videographers. For the effect of "involved presence", the specialists used the following solutions: - developed a mobile application with information about speakers and their reports, as well as the necessary contacts to establish a business partnership; - organized online broadcasts and filming from multiple angles to ensure the dynamics of the picture; - created in the application a section with a city guide for nonresident participants. “It is very important for us to receive first-hand information about current trends in the development of international relations, to feel the support and interest of those who, without exaggeration, are at the forefront of foreign policy. We are grateful for such a high assessment of our work by international experts, - noted the head of the department Vera Shcherbacheva. Within the framework of the Forum "First Persons" 63, the region became the only constituent entity of Russia to present its successful experience in holding events during the coronavirus pandemic.
