2. How long does the effect of the procedure last?
The duration of the effect varies from 1.5 to 3 years and depends on many factors. First of all, it depends on the individual characteristics of the organism: the density and oiliness of the skin, hormonal levels, immunity, etc. Porous, dense, greasy-prone skin removes the permanent faster than dry and thin skin. Also, the permanent is more likely to fade if you do not protect the developed areas from the sun. In addition, the stability of the makeup depends on the selected area. Eyebrows need to be renewed once a year, eyes and lips fade longer - they are usually renewed every 1.5-2 years, but sometimes the effect lasts up to 3 years. If you do not renew the permanent, the pigment will gradually disappear. After about 5 years there is usually nothing left.
3. Can decorative cosmetics be used together with permanent make-up?
Yes. Clients often contact us with a request to get not a decorative permanent make-up, but a natural one. The goal of such clients is to wake up in the morning not wearing makeup, but simply “with a face”. This is a soft, natural permanent that is invisible to others, but adds neatness and completeness to the girl's natural data. In such cases, women use decorative cosmetics. By the way, it is easier to paint with a permanent, because you just need to circle the existing shape, and not re-draw it.
4. How natural does permanent makeup look on the skin?
Here, too, everything depends on the client's request. We can achieve such an effect so that no one suspects that the client has made a permanent - it will look as natural as possible. Or we can make a bright accent on the selected area. In this case, the permanent will look like a very carefully applied decorative make-up. People around will think that the eyebrows are slightly tinted with shadows, and that the girl has persistent lipstick on her lips.
5. What are the contraindications for the procedure?
Permanent make-up is categorically contraindicated for people with high fever, insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus, diseases associated with decreased blood clotting, mental illness, diagnosed with AIDS, HIV. It is worth refusing to apply a permanent during the period of exacerbation of any diseases, with herpes (if we are talking about lip makeup), conjunctivitis (with eye makeup), as well as during pregnancy. Other contraindications include performing the procedure during menstruation, during the recovery period from surgery and while taking antibiotics, as they can interfere with the uniform distribution of pigment under the skin or cause it to be excreted too quickly.
6. How to prepare for permanent makeup application?
Before the procedure, you need to give up tanning for seven days, and also do not drink alcohol the day before, as it can reduce the effect of the anesthetic. Before permanent lip make-up on the day of the procedure, it is worth starting the prevention of herpes infection with Valtrex, taking it for five days in a pill in the morning and in the evening. Before eyebrow makeup, exclude preliminary correction and hair coloring. Before the procedure on the eyelids, you need to remove the eyelash extensions and contact lenses.
7. How is the procedure going?
The client comes for a free consultation. She meets the master, decides what specific result she wants to get. If this is a lip permanent, then the girl can show a photo of the shade she likes. If the client has not fully formed a request, the wizard will tell you which shape and color to choose, which will best suit a specific color type and natural data of a woman. After approval, the specialist draws a sketch, it takes about 5 minutes. The client says her opinion, asks to correct the sketch or approves it. During the procedure itself, anesthesia is applied to the skin. When the pain relief works, we begin injecting the pigment under the skin. One zone takes from 1 to 2.5 hours. The average procedure time is 1.5 hours. After that, there may be slight swelling, which will disappear the next day. The permanent looks bright and beautiful immediately after the procedure. The final result should be assessed after a month, since during this period the color stabilizes. If something needs to be improved, an additional correction can be made after four weeks. If, after this correction, you still need to refine something (this sometimes happens with aging or complex skin), then subsequent procedures are carried out free of charge until we achieve the ideal result. 8. How do I take care of my skin after the procedure?
No complicated maintenance required. In the first 4-5 days, you need to apply Bepanten + ointment several times a day. In no case should you rub the treated area or exfoliate the crusts that form on the skin. A visit to the bathhouse, sauna, solarium and swimming pool should be excluded for 10 days after the procedure.
