MOSCOW, Dec 8 - RIA Novosti. The cause of death of 27-year-old Valentina Grigorieva during the stream of the blogger Reeflay (Stas Reshetnyak) was a cerebral hemorrhage, said the blogger's lawyer Yevgeny Kulagin. He is quoted by the "360" Telegram channel.
"Reshetnyak is not to blame for the death, his actions did not lead to this. There must be concomitant injuries, for example, the skull would have broken her or something else. She died as a result of a spontaneous cerebral hemorrhage," the defender explained.
He also stressed that stroke is getting younger.
Earlier, during the stream of the blogger Reeflay, the girl in the background became ill. Reshetnyak, without stopping the broadcast, called the police and doctors. The doctors ascertained the death of the girl. According to the stream recording, the young man tried to revive his guest by shaking and covering him with a blanket.
Later, the deceased had a closed craniocerebral injury, multiple bruises and a subdural hematoma.
The court sent the blogger to a pre-trial detention center for two months on charges of deliberate infliction of grievous bodily harm, which inadvertently resulted in the death of the victim (part 4 of Article 111 of the Criminal Code of Russia).
