They intend to more than double the volume of processing of agricultural products in Bashkiria. This was announced on February 2 by the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic Ilshat Fazrakhmanov at the "Village Hour" in the republican government.
At the meeting, a concept for the development of the processing industry in the region until 2026 was presented, according to which all economic entities that process agricultural products will be provided with subsidies from the budget. At the same time, assistance will be provided to all enterprises, regardless of their form of ownership, Fazrakhmanov said.
According to him, in order for Bashkiria to become one of the leaders in the processing of agricultural products in the Volga Federal District, it is necessary to increase the processing volumes to 200 billion rubles a year (more than twice).
“We understand that 2021 2022 should be a turning point for our republic. At the same time, we have good prospects to become one of the strongest agricultural processing regions in the country,”he said.
It is noted that within the framework of state support, enterprises can reimburse part of the costs of purchasing machinery, equipment for the food industry, raw materials, and also provide up to 14 million rubles in the form of grants for the creation of processing cooperatives.
