This is an operation to change the shape of the eyelids, cut the eyes (from the ancient Greek "blepharo" - eyelid). This operation is done to excise excess skin and fat formations. It can be carried out due to the overhanging of the skin of the upper and lower eyelids, "fat bags" of the eyelids, drooping of the lower corners of the eyes, the incision and shape of the eyes. Excess skin and fat are removed during the operation through incisions in the natural folds of the eyes.
In general, the problem of eyelid skin tightening can be solved without blepharoplasty plastic surgery. It is enough to attract professional cosmetologists and competent home care for the area around the eyes. An eyelid lift is a very delicate procedure: the skin in this area is very sensitive, easily stretches and then hardly takes on a natural look, so it requires particularly careful handling.
Another operation, to which, according to the surgeon, the Prima Donna has repeatedly resorted, is lifting (lifting) of the upper third of the face (forehead and eyebrows). It is done in order to raise the tips of the eyebrows going down. As a result of this surgical intervention, horizontal forehead wrinkles are smoothed, crow's feet are eliminated in the outer corners of the eyes, longitudinal wrinkles on the bridge of the nose are smoothed, as well as the drooping corners of the eyes and drooping eyebrows are lifted. During a forehead and eyebrow lift surgery, a combination of several procedures (both surgical and non-surgical) is possible, including Botox injections, endoscopic and open forehead lift, the use of endotins, and so on.
In addition, according to Ilya Kislyakov, Pugacheva also underwent a circular facelift and cervical lift. This is a plastic surgery to eliminate wrinkles, sagging skin, changes in nasolabial folds and other signs of aging by removing excess fatty tissue. And it is also performed to tighten the proper muscles and redistribute the skin of the face and neck with the removal of its excess. According to doctors, it is best to do a facelift at the age of 40-60, when the face and neck have just begun to undergo the aging process, but in general elasticity is still preserved, and the bone structures of the face have not undergone gross age-related changes. If necessary, the operation is repeated after several years. After the performed manipulations, wrinkles are straightened (mostly in the buccal region and in the neck region), the contour of the lower jaw line, the chin-cervical angle and the lost oval of the face are restored.
By the way, about the chin. The prima donna also underwent more serious operations. Such, for example, as the correction of the chin, into which, according to the cosmetologist Tatyana Bryzgalkina, an implant was inserted. This was done to reproduce the clearer contour of the singer's face. Perhaps this is just a joke. After all, the prima donna has long been pulled by both journalists and ordinary admirers with requests to tell about their plasticity.
