- I saw that here I have blisters. The master saw them too, was horrified.

On the legs - second-degree burns. Medicines, ointments Doctors forbade the girl to go out into the open sun for at least another month. Here they are - the consequences of laser hair removal in a beauty salon on Kakhovka.

"They started a campaign for laser hair removal, some kind of new super-duper device. I came and told the master: I don't know anything, I completely trust you, if you see, you are not the first time, then I trust you", - tells Anastasia Serdobintseva.

Anastasia felt pain during the session and stopped the procedure. I didn’t pay - everything cost about 2,500 rubles, so there was no check on my hands. But in the cabin they did not apologize - they took not even a defensive, but an offensive position.

“That I should remove all the reviews, all the photos of my feet from the nets. That I should stop talking about it - otherwise my family, my children and all my loved ones will be very bad,” says the victim.

"The management of the salon did not even call, did not inquire about Anastasia's condition. Nobody inquired about her health, but began to threaten me: why do I need this, so that I think about my family, and that he will find and cut out my whole family," says the lawyer Vitaly Zarubin.

The device with the sonorous name "Alexandrite laser" is the most popular tool for hair removal today. According to experts, it is enough to choose the wrong power, and it is easy to burn the skin. The case is far from an isolated one. The more popular the laser hair removal service becomes, the more victims there are: burns to the face, arms, legs, abdomen.

"Installation of a very high laser power. Most likely, this is an inexperienced specialist, a specialist who has not been trained on this device, a specialist, even more so, who has no idea about laser hair removal at all," says cosmetologist Zukhra Abasova.

The salon administrator is sure - the girl herself is to blame: the skin was too tanned.

"Laser hair removal has a number of contraindications, which our experts warn all clients about: sunburn, skin hypersensitivity, cancer, obvious skin damage," says Natalia Grigorieva, the beauty salon manager.

The cosmetologist could not fail to notice the tan, but apparently, he wanted to earn more. So in such cases, it is better for the client to think about security himself.

"If he wants to be convinced of the qualifications of a specialist, he can easily find out the official representative of this equipment, call, clarify whether this specialist has received certification. The second thing the client should do is to clarify whether there is a medical license," advises Zukhra Abasova.

Anastasia's burn scars can remain for life. Ahead of the girl is waiting for at least six months of rehabilitation - and court hearings.
