6. Breast augmentation
Here the situation is the same as with the lips. The fashion for an unnatural breast size is already a thing of the past, so if the operation is performed correctly, then even on the beach in the most revealing bikini it will be difficult to see the incisions and calculate the presence of implants. In the case when the girl herself decided to make an incredibly large breast, which as a result has a spherical shape and unnaturally clear contours, everyone can distinguish the surgical intervention by eye.
