The regional medical and social rehabilitation center named after the Monk Theodosius of Pechersk, which temporarily stopped its activity due to the pandemic, opened a day hospital for disabled children and children with disabilities
While the center is not fully operational, it has resumed classes for daycare groups for children. The full rehabilitation course lasts 21 days. Depending on the recommendations of doctors, it may include mud therapy, medical massage, classes in a sensory room, the use of rehabilitation suspensions, modern devices for the treatment of disorders of the central nervous system, a kinesiotherapy unit, and biofeedback simulators.
In 2020, part of the premises was overhauled by purchasing new furniture and equipment.
They will be able to return the center to normal operation after the epidemiological situation in the region improves.
