Former adviser to the governor of the Ulyanovsk region, director of the regional institution "Government for Citizens" Svetlana Openysheva, who took "chocolate" baths, called for the exclusion of students for participating in protests. The screenshot of Openysheva's post on Telegram, which was deleted, is published by the Podyem edition in its Telegram channel.

“If it were my will, I would issue a decree of all those requiring changes, and this is a lot of Youth - I sent the guys into the army, and the girls to forced labor for the good of our Motherland,” the official wrote (the author's spelling is preserved - Lenta.ru note) …

In her opinion, many girls went to the rallies to “hang out”. Openysheva noted that "democracy is good, but now it is not democracy." She also called on the younger generation to come to their senses.

After deleting the entry in Telegram, the official wrote on her Facebook page that youth taking to the streets is a lawlessness, not a democracy.

“About democracy - I meant that in a democratic state all subjects are obliged to comply with the law and young people should not participate in illegal actions,” she explained.

Openysheva became widely known after the scandal with the publication of a selfie from the "chocolate" bath. A photo in a medicinal naphthalan bath, which Openysheva called chocolate, she posted on her Instagram. The photo was taken while on vacation at the Garabag Resort in Azerbaijan. A weekly course of such baths there costs about $ 650. The incident occurred in September 2019, then she worked as an adviser to the governor of the Ulyanovsk region. At the moment, Openysheva is the head of the state corporation "Government for Citizens".
