In a new interview with Yuri Dudyu, the shocking Russian rap artist Morgenstern told how he lost 20 kilograms in a month and a half and when he did his first manicure.
How did you lose weight?
I weighed almost 100 kg, then I lost weight to 72-73 kg and became almost a skeleton. Now my weight is about 77 kg. I looked like a drug addict, although I did not use anything and did not drink, I lost weight only on food, without sports, drugs and alcohol. For a month and a half, I threw off 20 kg and discovered that food greatly affects your life. Before that, I ate everything, and then switched to vegetables and fish, the result: minus 20 kg in a month and a half, and this is without sports. I was covered in face, as if dying.
Now I'm swinging. One day I have circulars for biceps, triceps, chest; the second day - circular on the shoulders, neck, trapezoid and abs. The third day is cardio. I try to practice every day. I shake my chest a little - about 40 times. But I am engaged in circular training: not for a record, but for quantity, in order to dry out.
Also during the filming, Yuri Dud and Morgenstern staged a battle to see who would push out more. Dud did 25 times with a weight of 83 kilograms, Morgenstern - 23 times with a weight of 77 kilograms. Yuri noted that he is harder, so the young people recognized it as a draw.
First manicure
I remember my first manicure: we filmed with Yegor Creed "A Merry Song", which has not yet been released. In the video, Yegor was getting a manicure, I laughed and said to the manicurist: Anh, since you're here, please, like a brother, do it for me too. She did - I was delighted. I thought what a beauty.
When the first manicure of tears, I looked at myself and felt like a naked freak. Since then I have always been on my nails.
