The man admitted that from childhood he adored skulls, but was able to begin to change his appearance only after the death of his mother, since she did not approve of such radical body modifications. 22-year-old tattoo artist Kalaca Skull, née Eric Yeiner Hincapié Ramírez, had his first plastic surgery two years ago.
Since then, he has cut off most of his nose and earlobes, and cut his tongue and dyed it cadaverous gray. The skull made a tattoo of the eyes, painted over the space around them, imitating the eye sockets, and filled a tattoo in the form of a jaw on both sides of the mouth. He also shaved off his hair almost entirely to showcase the tattoos on his head.
