Mikhailov died in an ambulance on the way to the hospital. Alexander Mikhailov was in charge of the Kursk region from 2000 to 2018. Since November 2018, as a representative from the executive body of state power in the region, he entered the Federation Council and worked on the Defense and Security Committee.
