He was humble, always kept his word, was a conscientious person and a great workaholic. It is symbolic that he died while receiving citizens. For him, work has always been the main business of life, for this he was respected both in the region and in Moscow. I grieve along with his family and loved ones. Mikhailov died on December 4. He was 69 years old. According to Vyacheslav Timchenko, the head of the Federation Council committee on regulations and organization of parliamentary activities, the senator died of a heart attack, which occurred at a reception of citizens in Kursk.
