Anatoly Goryachev, an expert in fitness, bodybuilding and healthy eating, author of the "Body System" project, told on Sputnik radio how to overcome laziness and finally master physical culture.

“What does health mean for each of us? For me it is to be physically strong, strong, enduring. For others, it’s just to feel good, and we will all be right. But the most important thing is to live comfortably and confidently in your body. I get clients who understand that they need to do something with themselves. Somehow it will not work to impose this on a person. It's like smoking: if a person wants to do this, if he has this conflict, he will go and start doing it. moment: a person needs to be advised what to do, because at the first stage such confusion arises: I am in this form, I have neglected myself, what should I do, who can help me? Now there are no problems with this, because the promotion of fitness is very wide , - says Anatoly Goryachev.

According to him, it is hardly worth striving for the image of a certain "ideal person": you need to be exactly yourself.

“This is not entirely true when a person strives for an ideal, which is achieved by some incredible effort:“here is the guy in the picture, and here I am, how can I come to this?”I think that the goal should be different. feel in your body. Everyone has their own ideals, someone likes to be thin and slender, someone big and pumped up. The main thing is to find what you like, you do not need to "break" yourself, go, for example, to fitness if you don’t like it. Perhaps you will enjoy playing football, or doing rock climbing - whatever your heart desires. Therefore, the first thing to start with is to understand what you want to do. Based on the experience of sports, I realized that If you work hard, do everything in a disciplined way, constantly, there will certainly be a result. Maybe someone who is lazy not only in sports, but also in life, sports will teach correct thinking, focus on results, "Anatoly Goryachev believes.

The mass physical culture movement in our country appeared at the beginning of the Soviet era, and this is understandable, the expert says.

"At that time this was due to the fact that the state faced very big tasks. And a healthy nation of strong people could cope with these tasks. And it was not just a cult of the naked body, it was working people who work daily, and at the same time they are in excellent physical shape. Why then interest in this fell? There was no proper development, for example, to interest a new generation. It was necessary to introduce some kind of innovation, as, for example, now - fitness. It is good that new areas of fitness are emerging, in including street workouts, which can captivate and reach a large audience. But there is no need to wait for any "signs of fate", you just need to go and do it. And in the gym you will always be helped. But when for the sake of a beautiful body, for the sake of some aesthetic a person is ready to sacrifice his health to feelings - this is unhealthy fanaticism, this is superfluous, "Anatoly Goryachev is sure.
