Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated that he decided to sign an agreement on the complete cessation of hostilities in Nagorno-Karabakh on the recommendation of the armed forces. He added that there were problems in Armenia with the mobilization of the reserve to continue the war.

The Prime Minister of Armenia stressed that the consequences of the continuation of hostilities could be much more serious. Earlier on November 10, Pashinyan said that during the protests at night, a computer, driver's license, watch and perfume were stolen from his residence in Yerevan. The prime minister also specified that he is now in Armenia and continues to fulfill his duties.
