Summer is a wonderful time for warm sun, bright greenery, vacations and the sea. But few people know that this is a big blow for the body - the skin experiences serious overloads due to heat, dust and dry air. 1. Moisturizing mask. The main rule of "survival" in summer is moisture. The active sun also dries out the skin, so, first of all, do not forget to drink at least 2 liters of water a day and do masks every 2-3 days.
