30 events with the participation of representatives of foreign countries will be held as part of the celebration of the 800th anniversary of Nizhny Novgorod in 2021. This was stated by the director of the department of external relations Olga Guseva, the press service of the governor of the regional government reports.
According to her, next year Nizhny Novgorod will host the Days of Italy, Finland, Czech Republic, France, Kazakhstan, Republika Srpska, the Days of the Croatian Economy and a number of other events. Members of ICANN - organizations of foreign companies and citizens in the Nizhny Novgorod region, which includes the largest organizations: Volkswagen, Intel, Liebherr, and many others - will also take part in the festive events.
In September 2021, it is planned to hold a forum on international cooperation "InterVolga". The possibility of participation of the Dobrolyubov Nizhny Novgorod State Linguistic University in the ICANN MOST project is also being discussed. This is an international association of students.
