Two weeks after the birth of the child, the famous makeup artist Gohar Avetisyan published a photo on Instagram. The girl wrote that after pregnancy she managed to lose 18 kg. And this is far from her first transformation. Earlier, Gohar said that she lost 43 kg, and demonstrated the result to subscribers - excellent fit.

How did weight loss begin?

In an interview, the makeup artist said that she was just tired of living with a lot of weight. “It was disgusting when I got on the scale,” she admits. At that time, the girl weighed 131 kg. Gohar says that she is ashamed of that weight and for the fact that she continued to be inactive until the last, until she reached the extreme point.

The first 10 kg went away in the first 10 days, when Gohar began to clearly count KBZHU and completely abandoned sugar. After that, over the next four months, she lost another 20 kg.

What helped on the way to the desired shape?

Goar immediately began recording each meal and counting the ratio of proteins, fats and carbohydrates in a special application. The girl gave up fast food, sweet and fatty, and also stopped drinking sweet soda, juices and fresh juices.

The make-up artist admits that diet selection programs, when ready meals are delivered to her home for several days, did not suit her. She prefers to cook herself. But at first, due to the tight schedule, there was only time for cooking at night.

Goar's diet is dominated by protein foods: meat, eggs and fish, as well as a lot of vegetables and fruits. One of her secrets is a green detox shake. It contains broccoli, apple, cucumber, spinach and lemon juice.

For additional motivation, the girl watched documentaries about proper nutrition. One of them is "Sugar", after watching which Gohar decided to completely abandon sweets.

The girl admits that although she likes the reflection in the mirror, it is too early to stop there. “I like myself, but I look at my shortcomings and understand that I need to work further,” she shares with subscribers.

At the moment, Gohar's diet is no longer as limited as it used to be. She gradually allows herself flour and sweet, while not going to extremes. In addition, the makeup artist tries to play sports - he prefers cardio. However, due to the large amount of work, it is possible to get into training only once a week.

In July, Gohar gave birth to a child and after two weeks returned to her previous form. “Two weeks after giving birth, and minus 18 kg. This is even 5 kg more than I managed to gain during pregnancy,”the girl wrote.
