At the same time, the woman admits that she did not have such a goal, she was simply interested in how much her nails could grow and not break. To strengthen them, Elena practically refused to use varnishes, but she regularly makes baths with salt. She also takes vitamins. There are also disadvantages to her hobby: playing sports with such an unusual manicure is contraindicated. Her favorite tennis is banned - the racket is uncomfortable to hold, swimming is also not a good idea, because water softens the nails, in everyday life you also have to be smart.
