Daria Pynzar may well be called an experienced fighter of the "slimming front". She actively fought for a slender body 5 years ago after the birth of her eldest son Artyom and continues to "polish" the figure now, when her youngest son David recently turned 11 months old.

We met with Dasha Pynzar to find out the secrets of the success of the mother of two sons, at what stage of the struggle for the figure of her dreams she is and in which direction she will move on.

Don't weigh yourself during pregnancy

Some expectant mothers traditionally start every day with "procedures" in the form of weighing and fixing body volumes, while others fundamentally do not want to do this, because they understand that encouraging numbers on the scales should not be expected for at least a few more months. Daria Pynzar belongs to the second category of mothers.

“The mission of my weighing was entirely on the shoulders of the doctors. At my request, they told me if the indicators were normal or not, but they did not give specific numbers. And why? I'm not alone, but with a baby."

Strict diets are not suitable for breastfeeding moms

Probably every woman knows this common truth: the quality of mother's milk affects the well-being of the baby.

Daria breastfed David for 5 months (then the young mother lost her milk), so she didn't even think about cutting the diet in favor of harmony. She did not lean on sweets, fatty and too high-calorie foods, but ate well.

“David was born small. I was worried all the time whether he had enough of all the nutrients and vitamins. The first thing that was very, very important for me was that I had good, nutritious milk."

No exercise to exhaustion

After giving birth, Daria Pynzar weighed 56 kg (with a height of 162 cm). The TV star found this weight gain quite solid.

If after the first pregnancy she got into shape quite quickly and "painlessly", now, in addition to the diet (a large amount of water, the absence of sweets and soda in the diet), Pynzar had to connect gym classes to the weight loss program.

By the way, the last component of a slender figure is not in high esteem for Dasha.

“For me, sport is a kind of torture over the body. But I understand that it is necessary for the body to be in good shape, the muscles to be flexible, and the skin to be in good condition. I've seen girls train to the point of exhaustion. I don't think you need to do this - especially if you are breastfeeding. I started doing light activities a couple of months after David was born."

You must be motivated to achieve your goal

Dasha admits that, in addition to compliments from her beloved husband Sergei, a strong motivation for her was the desire to put on her wedding dress.

This turned out to be a very difficult task, because in 2010 she weighed only 49 kg, and at the time of the shooting of the “Wedding Size” program little David was only 1.5 months old.

However, the experts of the TV project helped the spouses (Sergey lost weight on the project with Dasha) to achieve their cherished goal.

I was not ashamed to show my figure after childbirth on the air - there is nothing like that. Many bloggers talk about their ideality. But in reality, the body after childbirth cannot be perfect, and this is normal. Some girl is watching my Instagram now and thinks: she is so thin and didn't even make any effort for this! It is not true! I had to work on myself to look normal.

Listen to what your loved one is saying

There was no such thing that Sergei said: "Honey, but before your waist was much slimmer."

Dasha did not gain so much weight that her husband could draw a similar conclusion. However, she admits that she would take urgent action if this happened.

“If a man delicately points out some not very positive changes in the body, you need to listen to this. Without options, I would immediately go to the gym!"

Choose your vitamins wisely

Daria Pynzar did not face such "side effects" of pregnancy as deterioration in the quality of nails or hair loss. But she felt on herself all the "delights" of lack of calcium in the body.

For a long time, the expectant mother could not understand why her legs were cramping. But then it turned out that the reason for her problems with joints and teeth (now Dasha is getting veneers) is in an insufficient amount of this particular macronutrient.

During pregnancy, I drank vitamins, however, only taking into account "for myself", and there were two of us. I am not a researcher, but my intuition suggests that vitamins "everything for everyone" is not good. Before you buy something, you need to go through diagnostics and find out which element is missing for you. And take specific elements and nutrients.

Learn more about the food you eat

Pynzar admits that she has learned a lot from her participation in the "Wedding Size" program. Daria learned about things that she had never even known about before.

For example, after a genetic blood test for food tolerance, the star found out that tomatoes are getting better.

_It is necessary to look more often at the printout, which tells about useful, neutral and "dangerous" products for me. I lost a lot of weight when I followed the prescriptions. So now, when I am faced with the task of losing weight, I know how to do it_.

Fighting with yourself is not always possible, so the mother of Artyom and David came up with an interesting move.

“I prepare in advance for night walks to the refrigerator. In this case, I always have prepared grilled vegetables. My favorites are zucchini, red peppers and onions. Sprinkle them a little with oil and bake them without salt in foil. It's tasty and waist-safe."
