Transport police officers detained 11 drunken residents of different regions on the trains "Vologda - St. Petersburg", "Moscow - Vorkuta", "Arkhangelsk - Kotlas", "St. Petersburg - Novokuznetsk", "Cherepovets - Moscow" and "St. Petersburg - Tyumen ". Companions and guides complained about them.
“11 residents of the Arkhangelsk, Vologda, Voronezh, Kemerovo, Saratov and Sverdlovsk regions, Altai and Perm regions and the Karachay-Cherkess Republic were identified who were on long-distance trains in a state of alcoholic intoxication. In relation to each of the offenders, the employees of the Vologda Line Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia on Transport compiled administrative materials under Art. 20.21 of the Administrative Code "Appearance in public places in a state of intoxication", - reported in the Vologda linear department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia on transport.
In addition, a resident of the Arkhangelsk region was dropped off the train "Arkhangelsk - Kotlas", who spoke obscenely towards other passengers and the train crew. He was brought to administrative responsibility in accordance with Art. 20.1 Administrative Code "Petty hooliganism".
