The idea of an original and truly unique scent belongs to the French company Etat Libre d'Orange. Together with Ogilvy Paris, she created a perfume that will definitely not go unnoticed.
The advertising video for perfumers cannot be called one of them. The very beginning shows the whole essence of the future product, which is planned for release this fall. From the first shots, we see non-blooming bouquets that excite the imagination and call to inhale a sensual aroma. A world of garbage, moldy foods eaten by worms opens up to us.
The voice-over says a short, but revealing the whole essence of the project, the phrase: “Garbage. But nothing is wasted. The most wanted scent, made from the unwanted: Etat Libre d'Orange.
The name of such an original perfume composition is "Les Fleurs du Déchet", or The Flowers of Waste (waste flowers). The manufacturers chose the name of the future product, playing on the title of Charles Baudelaire's collection "Les Fleurs du mal" (flowers of evil).
