The head of Crimea Sergey Aksenov announced the dismissal of the Deputy Minister of Health of the Peninsula Georgy Kravets due to the non-working hotline of the department. Kravets was responsible for feedback from the population on medical issues and prompt response to patient complaints.

“As part of the monitoring of the hotline of the Ministry of Health - number 8 800 733 33 34 - it was revealed that it was in fact inoperative. In addition, employees of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade made calls to 101 pharmacies of Krym-Pharmacia, as a result of which they managed to get through only 49 of them. - said Aksenov.

Also, the head of Crimea reprimanded Taras Cheslavsky, director of the Krym-Pharmacy pharmacy chain.

“If the problem of communication with the remaining pharmacies is not resolved by Monday, the head of the State Unitary Enterprise will be dismissed for ineffective organization of receiving calls from citizens during an acute epidemiological situation. This question is critical and any connivance of the responsible persons is unacceptable , - emphasized Aksenov.

“In the near future, an order will be developed that will oblige the republican authorities to be much more attentive to their responsibilities for communication with citizens. The relevant minister will be personally responsible for the work of their hotlines. If as a result of the check it is revealed that the line is not working, - a reprimand, the second time - dismissal - said the head of the republic.
