Deep wrinkles under an overgrown beard, gray hair - not from a good life. Konstantin's passport age is 52, but he looks 15 years older. Potential employers disown such an applicant.
“They say we will call you back, and this is where it all ends,” says the man.
Facade worker, scaffolder, warehouse worker - not a complete list of mastered professions. Friends say that Konstantin is a jack of all trades, but his career does not work out.
“They asked to send a photo and disappeared. I myself thought that I was kind of very dense in the picture. True, the beard was more authentic then,”says Konstantin.

For 10 years of experience, hundreds of bearded men have been under Marina's scissors. But this is a special case. Konstantin cannot boast of a thick head of hair, but the stylist is determined to make a brutal out of him. Two hours of work - and another person gets up from the chair.
“I didn’t cut my hair so short from the army,” Konstantin noted when he saw himself in the mirror.
Now the appropriate clothing is needed. All the same, the employer meets by clothes. But Constantine decides to choose bows for himself. He says and read that it is better to go to interviews in a bright room - it’s easier to win over your counterpart.
He chooses a blue shirt. So that the image does not seem pretentious, it is complemented not by trousers, but by stylish jeans. A minimum of scuffs and a dense fabric of a dark shade is what you need for the office. And, of course, a jacket! Strict classics are always in fashion.
