Social networks showed the difference between the real faces of the stars and their appearance in selfies that they publish on the Internet. The Russian Instagram account Beauty False with an audience of more than a million users drew the attention of the Daily Mail journalists.

The Beauty False administrator exposes the stars through collages, which showcases their photos with and without retouching. For example, one of the publications combines pictures of a blogger from Russia under the nickname sweetie_juliana. In the frames on the left, the girl's face is retouched, and on the right, the flaws of her skin are visible.

A selection of collages was also published on the page, where frames from photo shoots of popular supermodels and their pictures taken by the paparazzi were combined. The series includes Bella Hadid, Hayley Bieber and Kendall Jenner. So, they were captured in relaxed poses, due to which cellulite was visible on their thighs and buttocks. The author of the publication urged subscribers to love themselves, explaining that it is normal to have flaws.

Another collage compares two photographs of a blogger from Thailand: on the right was a photo without Photoshop, and on the left was an edited version. On the latter, it is noticeable that the user has significantly reduced her waist, and also retouched the facial features, making them more expressive.

In June, celebrities launched a flash mob: they started posting photos without Photoshop on social networks. So, the flaws of her body in open clothes were demonstrated by the rapper Cardi B, TV presenter Stacy Solomon, singer Demi Lovato, TV star Ashley James and others.
