The girl admitted to the British portal Daily Mail that because of the excessive vegetation, her school life was simply unbearable - peers mercilessly mocked her, saying that she was "too hairy." Kaiope had to shave twice a day to get rid of at least the stubble on her face and arms. But these are not all the problems that she had to face: due to hysrutism, she developed bald patches, acne, excess weight, her voice became lower, the doctors also diagnosed the girl with infertility. “I remember using shampoos instead of foam in the school toilet to shave my face and neck during recess. I had to secretly carry a razor in my backpack, but the stubble grew very quickly anyway,”admits Kayopa. - Despite this, classmates still just hounded me. Now even remembering this is terrible."

"Luna and I are happy": Russian doctors performed another operation on the girl - "Batman" The woman spent 2 million rubles on changing her appearance - and her family stopped recognizing her

But even after graduation, the girl still felt unhappy because of her appearance and even seriously thought about changing her gender, hoping that this would solve all her problems, since most people do not ask men questions about why they have a beard on their face. In June 2019, Kayopa began researching other hairy and bearded women on social media and discovered that there is a whole community of people like her. The girl finally had a friend with whom she talked a lot online and who supported her very much and said that she was very beautiful. “It was very important to me because I didn’t know that there are women who are proud of their facial hair. I remember how I cried with happiness when I realized that I did not need to be ashamed of who I am. Now I am proud of myself and finally learned to love myself."

As soon as Kaiopa's self-esteem improved and she had real support, she made the decision to stop shaving. Now she does not care that someone is trying to condemn her or mock her, because now there are those who consider her a brave and strong woman who can become a worthy role model. The girl's family, although not immediately, also made her decision. “I want people with polycystic ovary disease or hysrutism to know that they are not alone and that they are equally beautiful because of their characteristics. I want to tell them that everything is fine with them and that everything is fine with me,”she stressed.
