Nicole Kidman
This "white" effect is due to the large amount of transparent powder (transparent fixing agent for a matte finish and even tone). I would replace it with a tinted powder of a light beige color - it mattifies the skin just as well, but does not stand out under spotlights and flash.
Leighton Meester
I would have left the lipstick, but there was definitely a mistake with the eyeshadows. I suggest Leighton change the shading technique to a softer one and not bring the shadow so high to the eyebrows. I advise you to change the color to a more natural one - brown or soft lilac. Leighton will do a creamy eyeshadow texture - then the look will be natural.

Christina's face has a clear yellow tint. It appears to be self-tanning. A big mistake is the tone on the hairline. I would run a cotton pad moistened with micellar water over it - I advise you to carry a small bottle in your purse.
To avoid Christina's mistakes, apply the tone on the forehead from the center to the periphery, blending the product towards the hairline.
Rihanna
The photo shows all the imperfections of Rihanna's skin - blush and highlighter are to blame. The singer has definitely applied many layers of products - I would limit myself to a light coating.
Katy Perry
Katy's mistake is in bad eye products. Most likely, the girl is using a pearlescent pencil. I would suggest to Katie changing the pencil texture to matte. If the singer is ready to listen to advice, I would persuade her to try the pink Yves Rocher pencil. It is designed for face correction, but is great for eye makeup.
Mariah Carey
Blush is useless. For Mariah's beautiful dark skin, I would choose a rich blush shade - for example, warm apricot. It is important to carefully blend the product so that the pigment does not become the most visible accent in the photo.
Jennifer Lawrence
