Oleg and Irina were going to legalize their relationship. The young people met in their last year of study at the university. Their relationship lasted a year, when Oleg offered Irina a hand and heart. The wedding was scheduled for June, relatives and friends were invited, but this celebration was not destined to take place.

Oleg thought that he knew everything about his chosen one, but two weeks before the wedding, a detail about Irina's appearance was revealed, which crossed out their relationship.
The young man accidentally looked into the bride's passport and was horrified to find that the girl's appearance was different from what he was used to seeing every day. In the passport photo, Irina's entire face is covered with scars, while Oleg never noticed this feature on his fiancée.

In memory of this terrible event, she left several deep scars on her face. But Irina found a way out - she hid the scars on her skin with the help of several layers of foundation and bright makeup. That is why Oleg has never seen Irina's face without makeup.

As a result, the wedding did not take place. Oleg canceled the celebration, telling the bride that she had deceived him. At the same time, he asked her for forgiveness, because he understood that in this situation he was not one hundred percent right.
Did he do the right thing? It's hard to say. After all, it is not known what would have happened if the data on Irina's appearance had been revealed after the wedding.
