The editorial staff of KurskTV has already written that a major overhaul has begun in the building of the Kurskie Zori store on Gagarin Street. After the publication that this object poses a danger to residents of the area, the building was fenced off with special tapes on the same day. Specialists of the city committee of architecture and town planning also visited it today
The working group of the committee noted that the object is not a construction site; major repairs are underway here. Alla Mosenkova, Deputy Chairman of the Architecture and Urban Planning Committee, explained that the committee issues a permit only for construction or reconstruction. In this case, such permission is not required. But the improvement rules were violated, tk. access to the dangerous building is not closed and there is no object passport. The owner will be given a notice of the need to eliminate the violations within 20 days.
The owner's representative Denis Sychev promised that the violations would soon be eliminated.
