The patient was pleased with the result, but then she wanted the mammary glands to be located closer to each other. Then she found another doctor and performed a second operation, but it was unsuccessful due to an inexperienced surgeon.

Appearing on the show, Tia told beauticians Paul Nassif and Terry Dubrow that her breasts became "disfigured" after an unlicensed surgeon placed oversized implants over her muscles. Due to a specialist error, they turned over inside her body.
In addition, the heroine's chest muscles were badly damaged, but Dr. Dubrow said he could fix the situation.
As a result, the surgeons first punctured and removed the previous implants, then, after healing, they chose the correct size and shape for the girl. According to the fitness model, the new breasts have restored her self-confidence.
