The passenger Toyota ProAce Verso will be released in an electric version. She will receive a prefix to the name Electric, and from winter will be sold in Europe. The model will be offered in three versions, depending on the length and equipment.
Note that the car is designed on the basis of EMP2. Van can be used by privateers, added to the collection of commercial vehicle fleets or companies for transportation. The battery of such cars is located under the floor, its capacity is 50 or 75 kWh.
The engine is offered only one - 136 horsepower. The mileage is 230-330 kilometers on a single charge. The vans are equipped with a 7.4 kW battery, but an 11 kW battery can be purchased at an additional cost.
The younger battery is fully charged in half an hour, and the optional battery takes 45 minutes. The interior of the electric van can accommodate up to 9 people, and the capacity of the luggage compartment is 280-1060 liters, depending on the length of the body.
The list of equipment includes a multimedia system with smartphone connectivity, keyless entry, seat heating and a full range of electric assistants. Sales are scheduled for this coming February, pricing is not yet known.
