My first experience of using cosmetics was associated with my childhood. I performed for the first time with a folklore ensemble, the girls and I applied deep blue shadows and deep red lipstick. We were seven or eight years old. After that, we went to the subway, deliberately not washing off this makeup, so that everyone around could see that it was the beautiful and smart artists who were going.

Now my favorite among decorative cosmetics is Mary Kay. From the latter, I especially liked the new shining lipsticks, powder, serum for eyelashes and eyebrows, an eyeliner, and also a very cool Green Tea hand cream. In my cosmetic bag you can also find products from M. A. C and KIKO Milano.

In fact, I always go out without makeup, unless I go to a set or a concert. The required minimum is lip balm and eyeliner or mascara.

I don't really like to experiment with makeup, because I know exactly what suits me. Although sometimes it is necessary for fashion filming, and I am always glad to have such an experiment, but it is within the framework of a creative photo shoot. And if an attempt to try on something new happens at a concert, then I still answer “no”. Make-up on stage should be very precise and very definite.

About facial skin care

Ice in the morning, serum, cream, eye cream, shower gel, body lotion, shampoo, mask and argan oil - this is my daily set of products for personal care. And since I'm not a fan of too strong makeup, I only use a regenerating foundation. That is why I do not need additional and active care after the concert make-up. Although it must be said that I always use face masks and a very strong moisturizer. Maybe they are saving!

I take special care of the ends of my hair. I have had a natural color for more than a year now, on which the balayage is made. I try to apply more masks and oils to the ends. But even with this care you cannot overdo it, you need to do it once or twice.

The procedure for caring for a light blond is exactly the same as for caring for colored hair: these are masks and oils. I also try not to tint my hair often, I do it once every three months.

From home procedures, I love the mask that I bring from Israel, and argan oil. The secret is that the less you do anything with your hair, the better. But, of course, after staining, they will not be hurt by leaving. And I also use protection before blow-drying and curling with an iron or curling iron.

Life often presents so many surprises and opportunities that I cannot and do not want to give up on the topic of a hairstyle that I do not agree with. But, probably, I would not agree to a very short haircut. And now my favorite styles are "beach waves" and "creative mess".

About beauty salons

I do not visit beauty salons very often. I try to visit a beautician once a week and do a facial massage. And, as I said earlier, I renew my hair color once every three months.

About manicure

I believe that I have never had a strange design on my nails. I don't really like fancy stuff. A few years ago I had a very beloved French jacket on square nails. I never really experimented with the length - as a rule, I wear one length. But now my favorite design is an almond-shaped nail, either a jacket, or an even color, mostly in light shades.

Most likely, I have favorite masters, and for them I go to different salons. It's all about the person, not the salon. Even if my master accepts at home, I will go to her house.

The furnishings and entourage of the salon do not interest me. The most important thing is the hands of the master. For example, I have been working with a manicurist and a beautician for about five years. As for the hair master, I changed it quite recently, just a year ago, as soon as I started growing my natural color. But my hair masters, as a rule, are long-lasting. There were only three of them in my life.

About sports and nutrition

Keeping fit is easy enough. It is necessary to take care of yourself, food, sleep and not overwork. Therefore, I try not to overload and train when my body and brain are ready for it. Three times a week is enough. You can also attend additional classes, anti-gravity yoga, Pilates or a gym. Try to make your load as varied as possible.

Personally, I always try to keep my weight at the same level. When I was under severe stress, unfortunately, there was a drop in weight, and I had to gain it. This is much more difficult to do than losing weight. Therefore, I sat on a special diet, from which they recover. It is maximally enriched in proteins and carbohydrates.

But I have to exclude chicken eggs from my diet, since I am allergic to them. I can't say that I eat meat every day, and I don't think that giving up meat is the only sure way to weight loss. Probably the fastest way in this business is a heavy load in the gym, cardio and mandatory nutritional control, diet.
