Everything turned red and swollen
The woman decided to remove wrinkles and tighten the skin around her eyes and went to one of the beauty salons in the center of Yaroslavl. - I wanted to look younger, - said Larissa. - In mid-January in the salon I underwent a fractional laser procedure. At the consultation, I was told that after ten days of rehabilitation after the laser, no traces will remain.
After the procedure, the area around the eyes turned red and swollen. - I smeared, as I was told in the salon, but after a month the traces were not completely gone, - says Larisa. - There were stripes near the temples, like burns. I waited, in March I turned to the salon again.
Fix it for extra money
According to the woman, she was told that it was pigmentation that arose from the fact that she did not properly care for her skin after the procedure. - They both agreed. Everyone kept saying that the pigmentation was disturbed due to the sun's rays, says Larisa Chistyakova. - I was offered to treat this pigmentation with photo flashes.
The woman was prescribed a course of seven procedures for an additional fee, but Larisa went to only one. - After the procedure, redness appeared on the skin, and she herself was painful, - said the patient. - Yes, and for the money I have already spent well. The first laser procedure cost about 7 thousand, new procedures cost 550 rubles. And I work in kindergarten and cannot afford to spend so much money. Larisa said that she wrote a claim, but she was refused, they say, the salon is not responsible for the consequences. Now the only desire of the woman is for her to be corrected. - I turned to Rospotrebnadzor, I was told that a conclusion of a dermatologist is necessary, - said the woman. - I went to two other beauty salons, but they refused to write my conclusions and remove burns from my face.

We talked with the beautician of the beauty salon, who rejuvenated the injured woman. - Indeed, the fractional laser procedure for Larisa was done in January of this year, in two weeks she was supposed to come for an examination, - said cosmetologist-dermatologist Alexander. “But she didn’t come. She appeared only in March and herself said that during the rehabilitation period she used decorative cosmetics, and this is prohibited. She was offered a course of phototherapy, but she came only once. If she came for an examination after the laser procedure or underwent the entire course of phototherapy, all the consequences would be eliminated.
The salon is sure that such consequences appeared due to non-compliance with the recommendations of the cosmetologist, and they warned about the seriousness of the procedure and proper care after it even during the consultation. - She asked to return her money, but we provided a quality service and cannot be held responsible for the fact that the patient violated the rules of rehabilitation, - said the director of the beauty salon.
