On January 23, the Public Library will host a seminar on the study of scents "The ABC of Magic Aromas". Children and adults are invited to the lesson: participants will be able to get acquainted with various aromas, learn about the benefits of essential oils, and also make an aroma pendant that protects against colds. The meeting will be chaired by Natalia Smirnova, an aroma consultant for therapeutic oils. Natalia will help each participant to choose the perfect scent for themselves and will conduct aromatic games. Essential oils not only improve mental and physical health, but also pave the way for knowing yourself through aromas. The most important thing is to use only the scents you like. In addition to its pleasant smell, essential oil can also be used to treat various diseases, but you must remember about the precautions and dosage: small doses of essential oils are stimulants, and large doses can harm the vital processes of the body. Essential oils also have obligatory contraindications: individual intolerance to aroma, allergies and bronchial asthma, - the organizers of the meeting note. The organizers warn that if you have a tendency to allergies or asthma, you should consult a doctor before attending a class. Participants without contraindications are expected on January 23 at 11.00 in hall 3 (3rd floor) of the Chelyabinsk Regional Universal Scientific Library.
