The increase in the dynamics of the incidence of coronavirus is observed in all regions of Russia, reports [RIA Novosti] (https://ria.ru/20201024/koronavirus-1581293585) with reference to the expert on statistics and modeling of the Center for Economic Research Aghasi Tavadyan. He noted that in the "green" zone, which means the attenuation of the epidemic, there is not a single region, and in eight the situation can be regarded as difficult.

Tavadyan explained that the map of the regions by the prevalence of COVID-19 was created on the basis of official statistics. Subjects are divided into four groups depending on the dynamics of distribution: "green", where the prevalence rate is 0.9-1 (stable), "light yellow" - 1-1.1 (satisfactory), "light red" - 1.1- 1.2 (unsatisfactory); "Dark red" - 1.2-1.4 (heavy).

“In general, the situation in Russia has deteriorated significantly since September. … I had to introduce a new color on the map "dark red". It denotes the regions with the most difficult situation, the spread of the disease is growing there the fastest,”Tavadyan explained. This category includes Buryatia, Chukotka, Altai Republic, Novosibirsk region, Mari El, Sevastopol, Novgorod region, Nenets Autonomous Okrug.

In the "light red" zone - Orenburg region, Belgorod region, Tomsk region, Ivanovo region, Kirov region, Yamalo-Nenets autonomous district, Republic of Tatarstan (Tatarstan), Perm region, Republic of Khakassia, Vologda region, Sakhalin region, Amur region, Altai Territory, Primorsky Territory, Vladimir Region, Lipetsk Region, Trans-Baikal Territory, Astrakhan Region, Krasnoyarsk Territory, St. Petersburg, Yaroslavl Region, Penza Region, Khabarovsk Territory, Chuvashia, Kostroma Region, Bashkortostan, Kamchatka Territory, Bryansk Region, Karelia, Tula region, Adygea, Tuva.

"The most stable in terms of COVID-19 are four regions: Krasnodar Territory, Chechnya, Ingushetia, Leningrad Region," the expert concluded.

The situation in Karachay-Cherkessia, Udmurtia, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug, Arkhangelsk and Kemerovo Regions, Jewish Autonomous Region, Kalmykia, Dagestan, Magadan Region, Moscow Region, Mordovia, Chelyabinsk, Rostov, Ryazan Regions can be called satisfactory with the spread of COVID-19, Kaluga, Samara, Ulyanovsk, Volgograd, Kaliningrad, Novgorod, Saratov regions, Moscow, Murmansk, Oryol, Kurgan, Irkutsk, Voronezh, Smolensk, Nizhny Novgorod regions, North Ossetia - Alania, Tambov, Kursk, Tver regions, Crimea, Sverdlovsk region, Kabardino-Balkaria, Omsk and Tyumen regions, Komi and Yakutia.
