After more frequent complaints about poorly rendered services for carrying out cosmetic procedures in Russia, they intend to toughen the punishment for fake specialists in this area. Often, Russians complain that they wanted to become more beautiful, but everything turned out exactly the opposite. And even in spite of the fact that would-be cosmetologists, in fact, then do not have any documents or education in their profile, it can be quite difficult to bring them to serious responsibility.

After one of these operations, a resident of Stavropol, Elizaveta Tkachenko, woke up the next day at home with a completely swollen face: the edema developed to such an extent that it spread to the head. The girl has not left the house without black glasses for almost two years since she made face contouring at her friend's house. The acquaintance also injected her with fatal beauty injections.

In the Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in the Stavropol Territory, it was quickly established that the newly-minted cosmetologist Irina Lobach was actually an accountant. But at some point, she decided to change the calculator to syringes. She kept them in the refrigerator - along with onions and sausages.

Elizabeth began, according to the diagnosis, "abscesses of the upper eyelid and lips, complicated by purulent inflammation," but the home-grown cosmetologist does not recognize the results of his own work. As well as its consequences - loss of vision, heart problems, and also with the psyche. Elizabeth still dreams of her swollen face. It took her 10 more surgeries to make it the same. And this is not the limit.

The provision of cosmetic services that do not meet safety requirements is punishable by law. The pseudo-doctor was found guilty and sent to a general regime colony for four years. Now Alina Sotnikova, a patient of a Moscow cosmetologist, wants to achieve the same.

After the injection of the gel in the beauty salon, the girl had a crooked smile on her face for several days. The beautician was not surprised by the asymmetry of the lips and asked the client to wait. However, after a week, the drug simply went beyond the lip contour and the swelling increased even more.

During the year in Moscow, not so many criminal cases were initiated on complaints of negligence of cosmetologists. But the statements themselves are much more. This is due to the fact that such “non-specialists” without licenses and diplomas use gaps in the legislation. It will be possible to bring them to criminal responsibility only if serious harm to health has been caused. In this regard, the RF IC proposed to toughen the punishment so that criminal and administrative liability would ensue in all cases of dishonest work of specialists in the beauty industry.
