Kursk region intend to give a chance to create a unique excursion product that could attract tourists from all over the country
Together with the Agency for Strategic Initiatives, the head of the region discussed the prospects for industrial tourism in the Kursk region. According to Roman Starovoit, the presence of large and unique production sites in the region makes it possible to fully open up industrial tourism here.
It is reported that six Kursk enterprises have already expressed their readiness to develop industrial tourism on the basis of their sites. Among them, for example, the nuclear power plant in Kurchatov, which already has experience in excursion tours. The same can be said about the Electroapparat plant, which developed a route through the Soyuz industrial park, where the walls of the workshops were recently decorated with graffiti by professional street artists.
