30-year-old popular singer Nyusha in a spectacular way decided to charge fans with a festive mood.
Nyusha published a video on Instagram in which she dances in a very short shiny dress, emphasizing her feminine forms. “When the season of New Year's corporate parties began,” the singer wrote.
Note that at the beginning of November 2018, Nyusha became a mother for the first time - the singer gave birth to a daughter Simba from her husband Igor Sivov. After giving birth, the artist did not get in shape right away, which she told about on Instagram: “SEVEN months. Exactly so much has passed since the birth of our baby and the rebirth of my soul and body. Despite the fact that I started performing almost immediately, it took time and a LOT of work on myself to return to my usual form. I watched amazing changes in my body during pregnancy and was never ashamed of them … inside I always felt elated. The process of getting back into shape for each girl is very individual … Personally, I was in no hurry to change in the first two weeks, exhaust myself with training and gradually introduced special nutrition and sports exercises into my regimen. Has your diet changed a lot since the birth of your babies? Mine - yes, and the body itself seems to suggest what it wants. I really fell in love with vegetables - I began to eat both baked and a lot of fresh ones … And I also began to add a little dairy products, for example, I indulge myself with yogurt."
Recall that in August, Nyusha turned thirty years old. An unexpected trip to the sea for her beloved in honor of the anniversary was organized by her husband Igor Sivov. He gathered his wife's friends, ordered a private flight, a hotel and a buffet table. And he shared the result of his efforts on Instagram stories.
