Englishwoman Lainey Palmer (Lainey Palmer) was hospitalized after an unsuccessful visit to a beauty salon. The Daily Mail wrote about her story.
According to a 19-year-old horse riding teacher, during the extension procedure, an inept beautician trainee accidentally glued her false eyelashes to the inside of her eyelid. The aspiring specialist did not charge for the service, but left Palmer with sore eyes and damaged eyelashes that could not be repaired.
“She pressed hard on my eyes. I had to ask her to stop three times because I was in a lot of pain,”said the Englishwoman.
After the procedure, the salon manager offered Palmer to peel off her eyelashes, but her eyes hurt so badly that the girl refused. Returning home, the Englishwoman asked for help on the hotline, and she was advised to immediately go to the hospital. Doctors warned the teacher that due to an inept beautician she could lose her sight.
After several days of treatment, the girl was discharged from the hospital, but she had to take two more days off to recover from the unsuccessful procedure. On social media, Palmer talked about the dangers of free services and advised to choose the masters carefully. “I will never go to an intern again, and I advise everyone close to me to do the same,” advised Palmer.
In April 2019, an inept doctor pumped blogger Cassidy Valentine an artery instead of her lips. She said that after the procedure, her lips began to swell and then turned blue. If the girl asked for help a little later, her lip might fall off.
