Artist Mikhail Efremov, serving a prison sentence for murder in an accident, wrote a letter to the son of the deceased driver Zakharov. The actor apologized and said that he may no longer find the strength to play. Efremov also remembered in his address about his own loss - the death of his father.

“One part of my life is irrevocably finished. I’m unlikely to recover, I’ll hardly be able to work again in my generally cheerful profession. You will have to change a lot. I don't know if I have enough strength "?" - the TV channel "360" quotes Efremov's letter.

“My father died over 20 years ago, - continues Efremov. - And believe me, I know what it means for a son to lose his father, when everything that could be relied on collapses, when a person leaves who could ask any advice, talk, laugh, just look him in the eye. "

A copy of the handwritten letter was shown to 360 journalists by the lawyer of the deceased's family, Alexander Dobrovinsky. The letter was given to him by Zakharov's son himself.

On December 1, Efremov's letter to the wife of the deceased driver was published. In his address, the artist also asked the spouse of the man he killed for forgiveness. He also promised to help the Zakharov family.

The fatal traffic accident in the center of Moscow occurred on the evening of June 8. Efremov in his SUV crashed into a passenger car driven by courier Sergei Zakharov. The man died in the hospital a few hours after the accident. The actor was sentenced first to eight years, then the term was reduced by six months.
