How to add a whole region to your former employer on a lifetime monthly fee of several hundred million rubles?

(VERY IMPORTANT! MAXIMUM REPOST TO SAVE OUR HEALTHCARE)

An ideal case for making money for the health and lives of people can be created in the Kursk region. In May 2020, Andrei Belostotsky came to the Kursk Region as deputy governor. And he came not from administrative structures, but from the Medinvestgroup group, which is related to Pharmstandard JSC, whose parent company is registered in Cyprus. And as soon as he arrived, the region immediately started talking about creating a PPP to centralize laboratories. The Kurdish people were not used to such impudence and made a fuss on social networks, sending complaints to the President. The governor was forced to make excuses and assured that there would be no PPP, but there would be a state centralized laboratory.

They quickly concocted an order to close all laboratories and lay off all workers, while the order was not only to dismiss workers, but to quickly write off and destroy all laboratory equipment. And again appeals to the President, and again the governor's excuses, and again the lie that everyone will be retrained and employed in medicine. But in reality, laboratory assistants received orders to reduce, which say that there are no jobs, but there is a shortage of cleaners and watchmen. But what about retraining - they asked, but you can retrain, but in your free time and at your own expense - they answered.

But the order was changed, realizing that the region is not Moscow and difficult patients who can die without waiting for tests, which means that the minimum set of laboratory equipment should be left somewhere. Children's doctors, fearing reprisals, whisper that we will begin to lose children and expect a wave of complications. But they don't seem to be heard.

And then on Monday the reasons became clear. And there are almost a billion reasons. It was for a billion rubles that a competition was announced (0144200002420001202) for the equipment of that very centralized laboratory. And what is important - the governor did not lie and the laboratory will be state-owned, that is, it will belong to the Kursk Oncology Center. But there is a subtlety - it will not belong to the laboratory in the full sense of the word, but the premises of the cancer center, and for a billion they will rent equipment for a year, with reagents for a certain amount of research. If more research is needed, they will pay more.

And now the rush to destroy all laboratories in hospitals is understandable - to put Kursk healthcare on perpetual lease. You don't have to be a soothsayer to predict the beneficiary of this whole deal. Our forecasts are MIG or another company from the group, but time will show how it will be in reality.

There is one more thing, MIG has already opened another enterprise on the territory of the Kursk Oncology Center, which was called one of the most advanced - PET Technology, with which a lease agreement has already been concluded. So far, we see that the Kursk Oncology Center, which Mikhail Murashko visited a month before his appointment as Minister of Health, is becoming the foremost in development and raising money for private companies. And if Murashko and the Prosecutor General's Office, and perhaps the Investigative Committee, do not intervene in the near future, the regional health care will not only be put on a needle, but also destroyed, having sucked out all the money from it.

I really hope for the support of the population and the public in helping the chicken people. The question concerns not just cutting the budget, but the health budget, which means it will affect the life and health of all residents of the Kursk region.
