Daria Apakhonchich (recognized as a foreign agent in the Russian Federation) positions herself as a feminist activist, artist and teacher of the Russian language. A 35-year-old woman does not officially work anywhere, but owns a room in the center of St. Petersburg. During the investigative measures, Apakhonchich's computer equipment was seized, which she reported on social networks, asking the users for money to buy new equipment.

Another “informant” of the agent is 35-year-old resuscitator Pyotr Stekanov, who is a well-known LGBT activist and participant in protest actions in the northern capital. He told the journalist Tatyana Voltskaya about the alleged blackouts in the city's medical institutions from ventilators and the causes of death, which were later exposed in the media.
