The exploding sex scandal with Harvey Weinstein inspired actress Blake Lively to confess. The star said that her former makeup artist behaved inappropriately with her.
As the actress told the Los Angeles Times, the makeup artist was weird, often insisting on applying lipstick to her lips with his finger. And one incident during filming scared the star altogether. The incident took place in the dressing room when the star lay down to rest. “I woke up because he was there and filmed me on camera. Even though I was dressed, it was still creepy."
She told the producers about it, but they didn't pay attention to it, more worried about her dog defecating near the dressing room toilet.
Shortly after the incident, Blake hired a lawyer, and through his efforts, the makeup artist was fired from that project, but remained in the industry.
“They even wrote a letter of recommendation for him because they didn't want a scandal,” says Blake.
