A couple of months ago, the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, by order, approved an updated list of medicines for first-aid kits in cars. At the same time, motorists can complete them themselves, but, of course, taking into account all the requirements introduced by the department. At the same time, first-aid kits manufactured before January 1, 2021 are allowed to be used until the expiration date indicated on them. However, the latter is limited, that is, the expiration date should not end after December 31, 2024.

Recall that if a motorist plans to independently equip a first-aid kit in a car, then it is imperative to adhere to the list approved by the Ministry of Health. The kit should include non-sterile medical masks (2 pcs), gloves made of rubber, vinyl, nitrile or latex (2 pairs), one device of an established sample for performing artificial respiration. In addition, gauze bandages, sterile gauze napkins, roll adhesive plaster and a tourniquet must be present in the automobile first-aid kit.
