51-year-old theater and film actress Evelina Bledans began to have serious problems with silicone breasts. Plastic surgeon Madina Bayramukova believes that the operation to enlarge the bust several years ago was not very successful, which is why the actress is still paying. One of the problems is of an aesthetic nature - the specialist who performed the operation did not take into account the anatomical features of Bledans.
“By nature, Evelina's breasts have a peculiar shape: this can be easily seen in the photographs. Her mammary glands are widely spaced relative to each other. With breast augmentation, the surgeon would need to take this anatomical feature into account. Then Bledans' mammary glands would look more aesthetically pleasing and attractive,”says Bayramukov.
Moreover, according to the specialist, Bledans urgently needs a new surgical intervention. Madina Bayramukova believes that the artist has begun the so-called ptosis of the mammary glands. This is the name for the prolapse of the breast, which occurs due to tissue stretching, loss of firmness and elasticity of the skin. If you don't go under the surgeon's knife again, the situation will only get worse over time.
“Due to ptosis of the mammary glands, the beautiful shape and contour of the breast is lost. Evelina is shown a second mammoplasty with a lift. The details must be discussed with the plastic surgeon during the appointment. One thing is certain: if you do not pay due attention to this situation, the problem will only get worse,”Bayramukova concluded.
