41-year-old bodybuilder Alexander Shpak is one of the brightest freak stars in Russia.
Outrageous Alexander Shpak, thanks to his impressive muscles, bright tattoos and plastic surgeries, won the love of more than 2 million followers on Instagram.
In total, Aleksandr Shpak performed 15 operations, among which there is a build-up of canines on the teeth, liposuction and frontoplasty - a complete face reconstruction. The bodybuilder decorates his face with permanent makeup and does not forget to regularly enlarge his lips. Shpak also enlarged the buttocks and breasts, but later removed the implants. He often showed how he looked when he started playing sports, but he recently posted a very young photo on his blog:

In the hot country, Shpak liked it so much that, judging by his page, he wanted to buy housing there.
