"As established, on January 5, 2021, a 49-year-old local resident underwent a plastic medical procedure -" liposuction "worth 160 thousand rubles in the private clinic of" Vip-Clinic Amina "LLC in Nazran. They were taken to the hospital, but the woman died on the way, "the message says.
According to the prosecutor's office, the medical procedure was carried out in the absence of the necessary conditions, an intensive care unit and specialists capable of providing emergency medical care.
In addition, the prosecutor's office found that the clinic provided medical services to the woman without an appropriate license and without obtaining informed voluntary consent from the patient for medical intervention.
"The investigation of the criminal case is under the control of the prosecutor of the republic," the department specifies.
